We use the following third-party services to provide the Service:

  • OpenAI - For AI-powered receipt extraction. Receipt images are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. Please review OpenAI's Privacy Policy
  • DigitalOcean Spaces - For secure image storage
  • Neon - For database hosting
  • Vercel - For application hosting

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account and associated data at any time. Upon account deletion:

  • Your account information will be permanently deleted
  • Groups you own and their associated data will be deleted
  • Receipt images will be removed from storage

7. Shareable Links

When you create shareable links for participants, be aware that:

  • Anyone with the link can view that participant's expense breakdown
  • Links are unique and randomly generated
  • You can revoke access by deleting the group or participant

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
